The NASC AGM will be held on Monday 14 August at 8pm and will include the election of the Office Bearers and general committee for season 2023-2024. Members wishing to attend please contact secretary@northbridgeswimming.com for meeting details.
A special resolution will be tabled at the AGM to update the Club’s constitution.
The Club is an Association under the Association Incorporation Act 2009. The Regulator is Fair Trading NSW. The regulator has advised that all Clubs under the legislation should review their constitution or adopt a standard template in order to fulfill obligations under the Act. Our Club has chosen to retain and update the original Constitution.
